The agenda will feature presentations from leading industry companies discussing how open test specifications can provide beneficial solutions to meet tomorrow’s technical and business test related challenges. The conference format also provides ample time to meet industry colleagues.
June 4: STC and the Industry: The Next Five Years
The opening day begins with registration and lunch. The agenda includes the keynote speech by Risto Puhakka, president, VLSI Research, and selected presentations addressing the current and future state of industry, including the ITRS roadmap.
June 5: Mutual Challenges and Opportunities
Day 2 begins with an industry panel discussion, followed by a full day of insightful presentations from major IDM, EDA, and other industry corporations.
June 6: Enabling 2010 and Beyond
The last day features progress updates and results from STC Working Groups and other selected industry organizations. The conference will end around noon to accommodate travel considerations.
