Real-Time Scopes Acquire One Billion-Plus Samples
The Infiniium 90000A Series Oscilloscopes capture 25 ms of time at 40 GS/s on all four channels simultaneously. The series provides InfiniiScan Plus, a hardware/software integrated triggering system, which enables 150-ps hardware-event identification and 75-ps software-event identification. The new three-level trigger system can identify glitches faster than 250 ps.
Based on the company's CMOS ADC architecture, the series includes
2.5-, 4-, 6-, 8-, 12-, and 13-GHz models with memory options of 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, and 500 Mpoints as well as 1-G points. The data analysis rate is 150,000 measurements/s to reduce characterization and debug time.
The 90000A Series addresses more than 29 applications including DDR, PCI Express®, Display Port, HDMI, Serial ATA, Serial Attached SCSI, Ethernet families, USB, wireless USB, jitter analysis, RF signal analysis, eye-pattern analysis, and protocol decoding analysis. It also offers standard analog high-definition TV triggers.
