Digital Phosphor Scopes Support Embedded Systems
The DPO3000 Digital Phosphor Oscilloscopes (DPOs) provide triggering and decode support for many serial buses used in embedded design applications and use Wave Inspector™ navigation and search controls. The six models range from 100 MHz to 500 MHz, and all supply 2.5 GS/s sampling with >5x oversampling on all channels. A 5M record length is standard on all channels.
Features include a USB host on the front panel; Ethernet and a USB device (TMC) port on the rear of the instrument that enables plug-and-play PC connectivity; the TekVPI™ Probe Interface; and built-in, selectable 75-Ω termination. The DPO3VID Video Application Module adds a comprehensive set of HDTV and custom video triggers. The small-footprint scopes also have a 9" WVGA display to show more detail in the horizontal axis.
