AnritsuSignal Analyzer Software Addresses LTE Testing

Three new software packages for the MS269xA Signal Analyzer Series support evaluation of 3GPP long term evolution (LTE) uplink and downlink signals. The software is installed directly on the analyzer, eliminating the need for an external PC in the test setup.

The MX269020A LTE Downlink Measurement Software and MX269021A LTE Uplink Measurement Software measure the transmit characteristics of 3GPP LTE Frequency Division Duplex (FDD)-compliant signals. Both software packages feature a user-defined reference signal and a sliding FFT analysis window to provide measurement flexibility.

3GPP LTE compliant waveform pattern files can be generated by MX269908A LTE IQproducer™. The patterns then are output as RF signals from the MS269xA’s optional signal generator to test RF receiver characteristics as well as perform transmitter and receiver evaluations. User-defined reference signals can be created and incorporated into the waveform files for transmission and loaded into the MS269XA for analysis.
